TWO TO ONE
My Vinyasa Flow classes are the majority style class that I teach. Face to face in either in studio In this 75 minute practice we connect our breath (pranayama) to movement (asana). Leaning towards a stronger practice to cultivate a feeling of having worked out and worked in, it is suitable for all levels as there are a range of modifications available to take should you need to. We absorb our practice with a restorative savasana at the end.

One to One Yoga session
The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you work through any issues or injuries or just deepen your practice. We can focus on certain areas of the body and together build a plan to what you want to achieve on your yogic journey.
Two to one yoga session
or a small group
Do you want to do yoga but would rather do it with a friend or your partner? I am happy to offer a tailor made session to suit all of your needs. We will look at breath, movement and what we need as individuals and as a group. I will happily also travel to host sessions if you wish to stay at home. Please contact me to discuss a price.
